The book is created very simply by filling in a few essential details. First, you select the desired book, enter the child's name and age, and upload a few photographs of the child. These photographs will be used exclusively to create the main character in the story, who will resemble the child. Optionally, you can also add a dedication, along with a special photograph that will appear exactly as is inside the book.

Yes, you can add a photograph and write a dedication. These will appear exactly as you submit them inside the book.

The submitted photographs are used exclusively for creating the character in the story and will not appear directly in the book. They will be deleted immediately after creating the character (within a maximum of 24 hours). We will only keep the created character, so if you want to order another book for the same child later, you won't need to send more photographs. Additionally, you'll benefit from an additional 10% discount for any personalized book in which you use an already created character.

Because our books are created specifically for each order, the maximum delivery time is 5 business days for softcover books and 7 business days for hardcover books.

The delivery cost varies depending on the chosen method:

• By courier: 20,00 RON
• By parcel locker: 10,00 RON

For orders of two or more books, delivery is free.

If you receive a damaged book or one containing errors, you can request a free replacement or a full refund of the amount paid.
